The roundtables provide a mechanism for effective communication and serve as a platform where institutions and individuals can benefit from its members' collective intellectual resources. Roundtables also help the state authorities to incorporate voices from the grassroots in policy formulation. Collective guiding the implementation of the SPCS. Most significantly the housing issue of these RTs remained a top priority during the reporting period to ensure their sustainability in the post project era. After the identification of these institutional homes hopefully the secretariat role will be played by these entities in managing the meetings and their follow-ups.
